The Cell nuclei should be kept frozen below -15°C.

Several freeze-thaw cycles must be avoided.
Quality control:
HeLa cells from CLS Cell Lines Service have been authenticated.
The absence of Mycoplasma is controlled via PCR and a cell-based test.
Shipment:
The nuclei are shipped on Dry Ice.
