Introduction

Identify epitope-level antibody responses against multiple monkeypox virus proteins in a single assay with the new PEPperCHIP® Monkeypox Virus Peptide Microarray. The new peptide microarray contains 33 immunogenic monkeypox virus proteins, converted into 5,207 different peptides for high-resolution epitope analysis. The microarray enables you to:

Screen patient sera for anti-monkeypox virus antibody responses with amino acid resolution
Identify and characterize monkeypox-specific IgG, IgA, or IgM epitopes
Analyze and compare patient or animal humoral responses to monkeypox infection and resulting immunity
Identify and characterize monkeypox-specific epitopes for IVD, vaccine, or therapeutic antibody development
