This Return &amp; Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the return, replacement, and refund of products purchased directly from the company.<br \/>________________________________________<\/p>\r\n<h3>1. Applicability<\/h3>\r\n<p>This policy applies strictly to products purchased from Calbee Moh Seng Pte. Ltd. via our official sales channels. Purchases made through authorized retailers or third-party distributors shall be subject to their respective return and refund policies.<br \/>________________________________________<\/p>\r\n<h3>2. Non-Returnable Goods<\/h3>\r\n<p>For food safety and hygiene reasons, the company does not accept returns or refunds for products arising from a change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal preference.<br \/>________________________________________<\/p>\r\n<h3>3. Defective, Damaged, or Expired Goods<\/h3>\r\n<p>Customers who receive goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or past their stated expiry date may request a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Notification must be made to the company within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery or purchase.<\/li>\r\n<li>Customers must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).<\/li>\r\n<li>Customers must furnish photographic evidence clearly indicating the defect, damage, or expiry issue.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><br \/>Upon verification, the company will, at its discretion, provide either<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>A replacement of the affected product(s), or<\/li>\r\n<li>A refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges, where applicable).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>________________________________________<\/p>\r\n<h3>4. Incorrect or Missing Items<\/h3>\r\n<p>Any claims relating to incorrect items delivered or missing items must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Verified claims will be rectified by way of replacement or resupply of the missing item(s) at no additional cost to the customer.<br \/>________________________________________<\/p>\r\n<h3>5. Refund Methodology<\/h3>\r\n<p>Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Credit\/debit card transactions shall be refunded to the same card used for payment.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>________________________________________<\/p>\r\n<h3>6. Return Procedure<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Customers must first obtain approval from the company&#8217;s Customer Service team prior to returning any product.<\/li>\r\n<li>Instructions for return will be provided upon approval.<\/li>\r\n<li>Where claims are valid, the Company shall bear reasonable return shipping costs.
