Calbee Moh Seng Pte. Ltd. (“the Company”) is committed to ensuring that all products supplied meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the return, replacement, and refund of products purchased directly from the company.

1. Applicability

This policy applies strictly to products purchased from Calbee Moh Seng Pte. Ltd. via our official sales channels. Purchases made through authorized retailers or third-party distributors shall be subject to their respective return and refund policies.

2. Non-Returnable Goods

For food safety and hygiene reasons, the company does not accept returns or refunds for products arising from a change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal preference.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Expired Goods

Customers who receive goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or past their stated expiry date may request a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Notification must be made to the company within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery or purchase.
• Customers must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
• Customers must furnish photographic evidence clearly indicating the defect, damage, or expiry issue.

Upon verification, the company will, at its discretion, provide either

• A replacement of the affected product(s), or
• A refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges, where applicable).

4. Incorrect or Missing Items

Any claims relating to incorrect items delivered or missing items must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Verified claims will be rectified by way of replacement or resupply of the missing item(s) at no additional cost to the customer.

5. Refund Methodology

Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval:

• Credit/debit card transactions shall be refunded to the same card used for payment.

6. Return Procedure

• Customers must first obtain approval from the company’s Customer Service team prior to returning any product.
• Instructions for return will be provided upon approval.
• Where claims are valid, the Company shall bear reasonable return shipping costs. In all other instances, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

7. Exclusions

The following categories of goods are strictly not eligible for return or refund unless proven defective:

• Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with.
• Products not stored in accordance with recommended storage conditions.
• Products returned after the stipulated reporting period.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability for any claim arising from defective, damaged, or expired goods shall be limited to the purchase price of the affected product(s). The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of its products.
